div box Options

I just want one div box next to my default tables on the left, like it would be my about me section but completely custom. i've done div overlay layouts before but when i tried to figure it out it just wasn't working for me. any help?

Anyway have you ever just tried adding a div?

Add a border and such to it or what ever. Change the positioning and such too.

I know how to work a div I do div overlay layouts all the time. So yes, I did change the zero's and no it didn't work. =/


I'm just not sure why this wont work.
