The eyes. All the colors look the same almost, thats why I said that.

Looks really good - she's so photogenic that it makes me mad
  Haha, Anyway... I like the eyes more in the first one... the second one doesn't look as natural.

The eyes in the first one are better =) it could use more colors, adding some to the background could be a good start. I don't like the lip color. It might just be my really light moniter, but colorization of the shirt is kinda off.
its a very beautiful colorization none the less, there are countless great features to this too. The skin color is perfect |
