I think if you're going to have sex before you're married at LEAST wait until you're 18 or in college. What's the rush ?

[BTW; i don't know if there is already a topic on this. if there is i`m sorry _unsure.gif ]

I'm pretty positive there was another topic like this, it was about premartial sex or something along those lines but also asked for ages..

http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php...te=%2BVirginity

Perhaps before making a topic, just search around and see if you find anything.

I personally think you should be married first, and if you don't want to get married then before hand I think you should know that your going to accept the consciences that could happen, and don't make the wrong decision..
If you don't get married then I think around 17- anything above.

AMEN!
haha-no.
I suppose when you're ready to deal with all the things that might happen. I don't think there's a set age. I don't believe in waiting for marriage either.

I believe in abstinence, of course until marriage. Having sex is a grown up activity and should be used when two people COMPLETELY love each other and KNOW they will spend their whole lives together. That's why marriage was created.

If you have sex before you're married, there's ALWAYS the chance of getting pregnant, gettting an STD, or heartbreak ._.

Yup. Health class REALLY helps.

^ True.....

But still, at least you're PRETTY SURE that your husband isn't sleeping with tons of other women & that way you won't get STDs. Unless of course your husband already HAS an STD...T.T

There is no appropriate age to have sex. Although I would hope you were at least 16, and always use protection.

Since this topic is asking when you think it's appropriate and not when you actually lost it, I'll leave it open. happy.gif

And, even though this is in the girls locker room, I think whenever you know with out an absolute doubt that you're ready and you won't regret it later if you and that persons relationship doesn't work out.

i'd say when both are ready also. except.. maybe 15+ would be a good time to think about sex if you're planning to, no younger.

i think 20 or 21 is the best age, or after youre married && i know all this stuff about using contraception is for a good cause, but its kind of encouraging young kids to have sex if you ask me, i think they should promotoe abstinence, well sorta lol idk but promotin contracpetions and allowing abortion and everything promotes promiscuity, but w/e, im not stupid, i know im not having sex til im old enough, i dont dont wanna be like those stupid girls that ruin their lives with babies and stds, but then again, w/e its their life not mine lol so i think anyone can go ahead and do what they want, but they should just be ready to face the consequences

i think when you're both ready and you're absolutely sure that this person is the one you want to lose it to. so probably no younger than 16

Well I think youre sooo wrong because you can completely love someone and not be married, and not even married people spend their whole lives together! Look at the century we're in, and lets think about what you said. Marriage was created to bond two people together until death do them part. BUT DIVORCE WAS CREATED BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE SAID SCREW YOU SCREW MARRIAGE! ALSO
You can get an STD when you're married dear.
IT'S CALLED CHEATING< ADULTERY you know what that is right? You can get heartbreak with or without sex. Think about what u say before u say it.
