How do you make all of your tables combine into just one large table?

That's not what I'm looking for. What I mean is, for all the seperate tables to combine into one large table... Like when you take all the codes away and you're left with the default layout. There's the large white table, and the gray background.

Thats not combining thats just going back to the default layout. You can delete your current layout or use :
CODE <style> table, tr ,td, table table table{ background-color: ######;} </style> Edit the bg color. Or : CODE <style> table, tr ,td{ background-color: ######;} table table table{ background-color: ######;} </style> change the bg color. |

Alright, thanks! How would you subsitute the background colour for an image? I tried subsituting in 'body background="your background image name.gif"' where I was suppose to pick a colour, but it didn't work out.

Do you want the image on the middle tables (the one huge one) or do you want it like behind that table ?

CODE <style type="text/css"> body{ background-image: url(PUTTHEURLTOYOURIMAGEHERE); background-repeat: repeat; background-position: top left; background-color: ######;} </style> Just edit that, and add the image url where I say too . (The part in caps) |

Okay, it worked! Thanks a lot!
I'm creating the layout on a test account and I tried the script out and it worked. But now, the gray section where the bottom links and copy right were, has stretched across the page. How do I remove it? http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...05-fa8fe65d9d3b |

I don't think you can get rid of that since you wanted the big white table for all your content and not the background images on it..

Oh, okay. Well I've seen it been pushed and gathered into the right column of the table. Do you know how I could do that?

That happens when people hide their comments.

I took out the code to hide my comments, and the bar was still stretched. I guess it won't hide completely, so is there any way I could just move it to one side or something?

I don't think so. Try hiding your top navigation bar, or something. When I hid it , it hid my copyright crap.
http://www.createblog.com/scripts/download.php?id=39 But then people starting complaining because there was no home link. |

The one with the background. I tried it with a different picture, and it doesn't seem to work anymore.

Your code is wrong thats why
<style type="text/css"> body{ background-image:url(http://img330.imageshack.us/img330/664/z37436457yl9.jpg); background-repeat: repeat; background-position: top left; background-color: FFFFFF;} </style> is what it should be. |
