For a long time I've wanted to get on a steady nutritional diet and daily excersize program, but I've never really gotten off my butt to start. I'm supposed to be getting a personal trainer who can help me set it all up. If I eat healthy and do a full work-out 3 days a week (30 min. walks on the days I'm not), what kind of general difference should I expect and how much weight do you think I could lose? I'm mainly wanting to get rid of belly fat and thigh fat, any suggestions for work-outs that could target those areas?
