i've been friends with her since the start of the year when i was transferred into her class..she was really good to me but then one day it all changed. it was raining so me n my friends were sitting in the classroom and this guy she has a crush on came over to me while i was sitting on the table and stood there and hugged me...he's been flirting with me alot latley and she hates it...i just stayed there and leaned on his sholder and we had a great conversation but i couldn't help but notice that she was staring at me and giving me these really dirty looks..when she looked away i told him and a few other close friends and she overheard and stormed past me shocing me hard into the wall and yelling at me at the same time. everyone was staring and i was really emabarresed and went into this kind of shock..i just stood there and didn't move and everyone else was surprised as i was...no-one knew that she was that kind of a person..i was really quiet for the rest of the day and people started to get worried about me..they no i've had some bad experiences in the past with people...when people arn't around its worse though. she oders me around and the other day i didn't want to go for a walk with her cause i had recenlty got of crutches from an operation and she literally grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me along. i've just started telling people and all of them agree that i should stand up to her..

the thing is i'm extremely shy and get really anxious when i need to stand up to people. i've now started having anxiety attacks just thinking and knowing that i have to see her nearly everyday..[i'm worried about going back to school next week..we're current;t on holidays].

just thinking about her makes me nervous and i can't get it out of my head....everyone is really worried cause its normally not me

what should i do??
