having problem with div layer Options

so im working on my div layering .. everything seems to be working just fine except for the fact that i cant get my flash player for voice comments to show up for some reason .. if someone could take a look at my codes and let me knkow if they see anything wrong that would be greatly appreciated... the div layer music is the layer that isnt working ..
