Ever hear of her? I hadn't until she came up in the news recently.

"lonelygirl15" introduces herself as a 16-year-old girl named Bree with strict parents and a close friend named Daniel ("danielbeast"). She puts her vlogs on YouTube, and they have all become extremely popular.

Everyone is hating on her now because it turns out that she "isn't real", that "Bree" is actually played by a 19-year-old aspiring actress named Jessica Rose, acting out these scenes.

I think it's stupid for people to suddenly turn their backs on it when a couple months ago, they were raving about it. No one ever said it was real, and after seeing a few clips myself, I have to admit that they are rather amusing. I'd say for the actress to keep on going. After all, she's a pretty good actress considering how accurate her American accent is for a New Zealander.
