For people with acne ... does sylacylic acid makes your skin wrinkly? Does it changes your skin pattern or structure.

I don't know.. I don't believe I've tried anything with it. Besides ProActive, do any other acne products use it?

^Most products intended for treating acne use it. And there's a lot of products out there, of course. I have a bunch of products in my drawer right now, and one empty container in my bathroom. Heh.
I've actually used products with salicylic acid sparingly for a few years, but I always notice my skin is less oily and even a bit brighter--especially if I haven't used it in a long time. I don't know. My skin has never gotten wrinkly, but it can get a bit dry if I use something with salicylic acid very often; and, in turn, will get more oily and acne-prone. I think you'll have to try it to know how it'll affect your skin. Try using a cleanser with it once a week and check how your skin reacts to it. |

I don't have acne, so aparetnly I wouldn't know.
I wouldn't think it would though. May make your skin dry, which over a time or so could possibly make your skin wrinckly. That could take a while though. |

It doesn't make your skin wrinkly.
It doesn't change the pattern or structure either. It does dry out your skin a lot, so use a light moisturizer or something like that. |

^ Agreed with the drying skin part.
If your skin looks white/flaky after applying, use lotion to moisturize it. |

yeah, it happens to my sister. there's alot of marks on her face. ;[ I always used a moisturize. --------- everything happens when i was 13 1/2. i dont use acid anymore. |
