Okay so this might sound a bit confusing buttt...
Some people (especially people that have quote & layout sites) have like a main entry where they have rules and what not and then below is where they put their daily entries.. but that one entry is always up there. And I want that for my site. Help anyone? I would really appreciate it! Thanks <3

What they do is "edit" their entry, and then check mark the option to "update their page" - that other one will always be up there.
