div layout help Options

I just got a div layout but i need help putting up a picture of myself
in the gray box where it says.
can anyone who is reallly good at this help a noob like me out =)

Find this in your coding:

<img src="http://layouts.cbimg6.com/26/13091h.jpg" align="right">

Replace the bolded text with the url of your own image. You can either:
a) upload a picture to an outside server such as http://tinypic.com or
b) use a photo you already have uploaded on myspace.

If you choose option b, to find the url of your image, right click the image you want to use and select (view) properties; find the image url and replace it into the coding.
