Is it possible for a over 2yrs ink cartilege to not be used and not work? I mean like do the ink drys up

Because I tried to print something out with the ink cartilege I never had used and theres nothing when I print, the paper was just blank.

Yes, that's why ink cartridges come wrapped and sealed. It could be that just the ink on the head is dry and it's blocking the way. See if you can clean it off.

It should be fine. Try doing what kryogenix suggested. If that doesn't work, the cartridge may be faulty. Try contacting the company who makes it.
