Not sure how to add pic. or url for friends Options

Im not sure what part of the url to add or to add the whole thing. and for the pictures im not sure where to add them at. Also i dont know if it should be in jpg. or gif. Can someone plz help me out here.

Okay, to insert photos of your friends, you'd have to replace each instance of http://layouts.cbimg9.com/29/14339f.gif with the url of different graphic (both .gif and .jpg are fine).

To get a graphic online, you can either:
a) upload a picture to an outside server such as http://tinypic.com or
b) use a photo your friend has already uploaded on myspace.

If you choose option b, to find the url of your image, right click the image you want to use and select (view) properties; find the image url and replace.

Your Friend's URL merely refers to your friend's myspace page that the image should link to when clicked.
