Okay okay okay,
Well I don't exactly know how the whole mentor thing works. But from the past stuff if you step down from a admin or head staff position you usually get the title as a mentor. So I know in the past when Carrie stepped down she was put to a mentor status? So why wasn't Suzzette put to a mentor status too? I'm just wondering is all? I really think Suzzette deserves to be a mentor, I mean shes really active and still contributes to the community unlike some mentors? |

Why are you bringing this up here?
Mona and Kiera would have to make that decision, so presumably all Suzzette needs to do is contact them. |

Just to clear things up becoming a mentor is very selective. In the past (and currently) the option is only open to admins automatically once they step down. The first expectation to this was Sammi. Jusun contacted her about becoming a mentor since at that time she has been on the staff the longest and had contributed a lot to the site. The second expectation was Carrie. The option is not automatically open for a Head Staffie to become a mentor when he or she decides to step down. The admins or Jusun himself can make these expectation. If Suzzette herself would like to be considered she can get in contact with either me or Mona.
