I like the fact that they've become a crossover fashion statement, but I wouldn't rock them. Not my style. And if I did, it would be because they matched a particular outfit perfectly.

Slip-on Vans are super popular where I live.
The checkerboard patterns are the most popular from what I see. Some styles are cute, but I don't own any vans.

i used to own like 11 pairs of the slip ons... i was so into collecting them..then i had to sell the ones i didnt wear (but only had because they were cute)..coz i needed the money! bleh.

I like vans and I own a pair. My vans are brown.
However there is a lot of shoe brands copying the slip on vans now days. A lot of people here wear vans (mostly), chucks, and flats. |

The FredFlare vans are kind of cute, but I would never buy them.
I think Vans are okay. I'm not against them, but I've never bought any. A lot of other brands that make slip-ons have better designs. |
