This is something I first started on my personal forum, and then brought to other forums. It's extremely fun, especially when all sorts of people join in, and you start making up lies about things you did with that person.
Basically, you just lie. It can be silly, serious, or whatever you please. Got it? Excellent. I ended WWII.
