Well I noticed that you run this board using IPB. Not really sure which version since you removed the copyright but I think they already released IBstore 3.0 thats compatible with all IPB's. It will allow the members to sell their graphics and services for forum cash, which they can use to purchase goods from the store or from other members. I use that on my old forum (i think its still up) and its really good.
