You can get it at a store that sells software, or you can go to adobe.com and find the free trial, which I believe lasts for thirty days.

yup however i find ps harder than psp cuz i have both but you can do more in ps

PS can't be free though cause that's illegal you can find it like at Fry's electronics
It can be $600 or more if that's too much maybe you can try Ebay or other stuff like that PSP is cheaper and they both have trials... in my opinion i would go with photoshop because it's better! But PSP is good too :] |

http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/ :) Some stores and web sites offer student discounts, so you might want to check that out as well.
