Help With A layout? |

Hey, I am new to myspace layout stuff, since I dont have a huge understanding of html or css... I do however know how to do a bunch of cool stuff in Photoshop, and made a background that I would like to allign all the myspace tables with... Since I dont know how to do this, i thought I might ask for some help. I dont want to take away the option of having friends displayed, or comments... I just want it all arranged the right way. If you look at the pictures below, it might be easier to see wht I am trying to do...
