i'm trying to find a filter option that i've used before but i cant seem to rememebr what it is. it makes the image turn into this dizzying array of circles that are bright colors like red yellow green etc and its pretty trippy lookin. sorta retro-y yea? i'm not sure but it's crazy and it is a filter option i just cant remember which one. can anyone help?

Are you sure u used a filter that did it? I've been using photoshop for a while and have never run across a filter that's done that.
