Yea it exists, well it doesn't exactly crop the image but it will resize it:
CODE <img src="IMGURLHERE" width="##px" height="##px">

That resizes the image. (The one Holly gave you) You can't crop an image with a code. If you want it cropped you just have to do it in a program. Paint, photoshop, paint shop pro, gimp shop, etc.
