but i just dont know how to remake it lol its sum kids layout and he wants me to change those colors but seriously i dont think its possible

Its not possible. All you can do is put one color over it and that will change it to that color. Like if you put a purple overlay, then it will be purple . But I suggest you askk him to remake it for you , or choose another one.

he didnt make it..... lol its just a regular kid and he has it as his layout now and he asked me if i could change the colors for him... =]

Well then your stuck. All you can do is have a color overlay and change it to that one color. But thats it. If he really wants it changed he can hunt down the owner.

This should be in graphics help..
Atleast I would think so, I know it shouldn't in myspace help.. Anyway moved to graphics help.. I'm sure you'll get more help there
