Looking for code/custom details reponses, code for details Options

Hi, I was looking to rid my page of the regular details section, and either not have it at all...or have cutom answers. All the codes I have so far either screw my page up, dont remove the details, etc. I cannot find a working link to the custom details code either. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the prompt reply, however that code literally only hides my name and the word details, but not the actually details.
