Is it possible to put content in a div without PREmaking the content, and without using <div class="content">?

Also maybe this is just a problem I'M having, but with borders and things like that, how come it never seems to work for me?

border: 1px solid color here.
isn't that the right code?
it's really odd, cause it'll work sometimes on IE but not firefox?

Those are useless questions.

First question; Huh? to put content you have to use a div. And you have to position. Theres no way around it, without premaking it in with a program. So be more specific if that doesn't answer your question.

Second question; Link and codes please. Yes thats the right code but it should be border: 1px solid colorhere ;. You can also do border: 1px solid; border-color: colorhere; . And you have to make sure your putting it in the correct spot.

Well depending on the code you use it should work in both browsers. I never heard of firefox not accepting border colors.

There's a correct spot? Oh snap!
Ok that answers the first question, I guess I have a little more to read on css before I attempt v 0.2.0.1.9.4.6 yikes.
