can somebody tell me the code to where you still have a normal cursor but you can have words behind it? its kind of like a hover but its always on there when the mouse is still?

You mean alt for images? When you hover an image like whatever words you want show?

no, just when you hover over anything, whether it be blank space or a link, the little words behind the mouse are whatever you make it say
