Well, from my side it is to my knowledge that Holly is proficient coding and design in almost all the design areas and would be of great help when maybe someone specifically assigned to one of those areas can't be around. Also, I would like to point out (and I hope she doesn't mind), that Dani was similar when she was first promoted to Design Staff. She mostly stayed in LJ. She didnt know much about myspace. We still thought she would be effective in those areas and she worked out really well on Design Staff

I was not aware of Danielle having ever been design staff, being as I was inactive at the time, but sure, I was just wondering since Mona talked about the "hard work" she had been putting in; I wasn't sure I had really seen much of it outside of myspace, so yeah. Just wanted clarification.

Also, is it agreed and definite that interviews will be held? Because my AIM screenname is always online, but I'm often away from my computer, so I'd have to be notified ahead of time if an interview were to take place.

A big part of the hard work included going through the queue, which is what I initally meant. As well as taking initiatve to do things around the Resource Center.

I don't think anyone knows whos going to be interviewed, I think all of you should just be patient and sit back and relax, if they think your good enough to be on staff then they'll put more of a effort to hear your side on things and what you would like to do to improve and such while being on staff.

i live in dublin so the time is a little different so when they might be active i might be sleeping still or working

I guess I hadn't realized this before because I've been pretty distracted lately, but I saw Mona as one of the top ten posters for today and wondered how people are finding so many places to post. She's actually active throughout the site, in various forums rather than posting in just one place, AND she doesn't just stick to the community center. In addition, a good portion of her posts have to do with making the site a better place, so I have to say I'm very impressed. Kudos to Mona!

She had registered in December of 2006. I hardly think being here just a little over a month is enough time to be hired here.
