Replace the dotted background.
remove Yellow text, as its hard to see.
Re think the use of the red text as the main text color. ( I love red but something about tons of red text just irks me)
Give links a color to match the layout...but not yellow wink.gif

Its a good base, but I think your color choices were flawed.

I don't really know what color to switch the text with b/c the green is lighter than the red

  • Use black or dark grey for the main text. The light color is tough to read, and believe it or not, the darker color will tie into your header more.
  • The dots in the background need to go. You want a background that will compliment your site, not complicate it.
  • I'm using Firefox, and your links are taboo blue. I'm sure that wasn't intended, but that means something's screwy in your CSS.
  • Readability can be improved by at least leaving a normal line-height (I believe you shrunk yours), using slightly larger fonts for the headers, extending the background all the way over (I'm using 1024x768, and the background that just ends has got to look hilarious on a very high resolution
  • Constructive criticism also needs to come with good points, so I will say this: your site seems to be pretty organized, content-wise, and I'm certainly impressed by the fact that you're thirteen. I was still afraid to email for fear of breaking the computer at your age. Dang child prodigies!
  • Keep up the good work, keep improving, and before you know it you'll be yanked right off of freewebs and onto a "real" site.

Eh get rid of the yellow text, its really hard to read. Maybe to a blue or something.

Also continue the dotted background so you don't have this plain white space on the right perhaps?

Looks pretty decent.
