okay that thing keeps on popping up. but the thing is i just installed Spyeware Killer Pro to scan and delete junk. but that stupid thing keep popping up.

i was thinking about rebooting my computer. i have the windows xp reboot cd. yeah, imma gonna burn all my files in to cds. but the problem is that after i finish rebooting my computer[i've done it before] it completely turns off my sound. its not the volume control thingy is something else T_T. the last time i reboot my computer my dad put the sound back on for me. now he says he "doesn't know how to do it" stubborn.gif ...i think he's lazy.

ok first of all dont use spyware killer pro. remove it.

Download these programs Ewido Suite and Spybot S&D search google for it.
after downloading both programs, Install Ewido Suite first, then update it, after update scan your whole computer, then reboot and post back here when your done.

i suggest downloading stuff recommended by Microsoft. i don't trust anything else.

the thing that pops up is from your processes in Task Manager. close the thing while Task Manager is open and see with process disappears.

and don't burn all your files into a CD just yet.. you need to get rid of the viruses. download virus protection from the Microsoft website. then scan and remove viruses. and it's best that you don't burn it onto a CD. use an external drive. there are some for only $100.

the volume thing might just be your speakers. you might have to configure them or something. i dunno.

the reason why you have to reboot your computer so much is that you don't have good virus protection. and the fact that you use infected CD to retrieve your files..
