it's really dark. It needs more contrast. I wouldn't have put that grey color over the image, instead, I would have left it greyscaled
The blending is okay, GIMP is tough to use so I'll let that go haha Great for a first though |

eh I've never touched that program, it looks good though for your first attempt with it I think. Although I think its just the pictures you used that I don't like, theres something weird on the top of her head.. it doesn't match her at all.
