DIV layout, why aren't pics showing up? Options

I'm trying DIV layouts for the first time. I can get everything to work except for one thing. When I put in my friends url's, their photos don't show up. It just shows "No Photo," but if you click on it, it still brings you to their page. Does it just take a bit to kick in or am I doing something wrong?

Oh, one more thing...My music player shows up in odd places. Is there any way to move it somewhere else? I read under another topic that it can be removed and the music will still play, but I hate it when I go to people's pages and I can't turn their song off. Is there any way around this?

You have to make an image for your friend too, not just a link.

Well you can just copy the image address of one of their myspace pictures and use this to resize it:
<img src="IMGURLHERE" width="80" height="80">


So with the link, it should look like:
<a href="URLHERE"><img src="IMGURLHERE" width="80" height="80"></a>

Or you can copy the image and resize it in PS or PSP.
