good suggestions to keep in mind even when not dieting just in general for eating habbits, everyone should always have thier daily intake of fruit, whether fresh or frozen.

About the whole eating food right before you go to sleep turns straight to fat isn't true. Most likely, the calories from the foot you ate is stored for the next day. However, just to make sure, at least eat food less than 200 calories. I got that from a yahoo article...
