Its okay, I'd say loose the splash screen, but thats just personal preference.
I think the design concept could go alot further if the entire thing was unifed(?), I'm not sure how to explain that, but taking the stylized look of the headers and adding them to the rest of the images to create something that shows a standerdization of sorts. I'm not sure if that made alot of sense. Its nice, don't mind me. |

i guess the whole layout is alright
but i REALLY dislike the whole layout like background image and stuff
