i got sunburnt on my face for the first time and recently started peeling.

are you supposed to pick it off or not?

Anyhow, do not peel it. Never peel it. It only makes it worse.

Yeah, I feel your pain. I got sunburnt on my back this weekend, and it's horrible. If it feels like it's on fire, get some aloe gel and rub it on. That causes the pain to cool.

If u peel it make sure to peel as much as u can because when it starts healing you will have discolored spots [spots that are light and spots that are darker]..I suggest that when you are taking a shower, put some soap whatever you put on ure face and take a scrub/sponge thing and scrubbb ure face as hard as u can, especially when ure burn in farely recent because it peels the burnt skin off and there is no spots after than, maybe around the edges of the forehead but u can barely notice it
