Just becuase I'm young doesn't make my opinion any less important that yours. I know that I'm an very intellegent person, and I am very involved in the hiring proccess at my job here in albany new york. I have lead my boss to hire many loyal employee's. I have had pleanty of poeple come to me with the additude that she has, and I have turned many people down becuase of that additude. Yes, she does want to be the best, but even while looking at her application I see her attempting to aquire the job by trying to make staff feel guilty if they don't do it. How does saying, "Basically, if I don't get promoted, it's because of your personal grudges against me, not because I'd be a bad moderator." give you a good impression that she will make a great member. It's redicuous that she can even say anything like that, would you? Would you ever put that on an application? I know I sure as hell wouldn't. I would encourage my boss to crumple that paper up and throw it in the garbage. How can you say she will "change" after she is appointed staff. Arn't you supposed to conduct yourself in a professional manor to acuire a possition for a job. That's what Cb staff is. It's a job. I would personnaly never goto an interview carrying the additude that I was better than the current staff members. I'm sure many of the staff members don't like her... in fact I know this, and it's for many of the reasons I have stated above plus some. How is someone that doesn't even get long with many of their own co-workers going to be able to function at a job without creating drama. the only reason I hire people like this at work is to give them a lesson in humility by fireing them afterwards.

I dont know about you but kathleen doesnt seem to take INTERNET seriously (cus she's a member). Even, i dont take internet seriously. Our lives are not devoted to internet. Okay?

Real life job and online job is different.
People can be mean&stinky&rude online but really nice&generous&awesome in real life.

look at her, she likes to joke around ... and that's cool.

I mean, I had seen her posts in the past years.
During the past years, she became different and more interactive.
Without her, cB would probably be BORING.

she would definitely be a great mod.

I wish I could apply for this, but... I'm not an official member, and it would take far too long for my daily post thing to raise to a solid 5. And I've been too busy to attempt to raise it. I would have loved to apply, though... maybe next year.

Also, Kathleen has my support. I do not understand where the "tyrant/power hungry" idea comes from in the least bit - I haven't seen her be rude to anyone, ever. She is an amazing person, and everything about her, all of her ideas, would make her a wonderful addition to the cB staff.
