CONFUSED!, media players for DIVs Options

I find all these codes and I don't understand how I can move the player somewhere else on my div.. I used all the codes but how do you make it work FOR THE PLAYER and what tags I use or whatever. And where the hell do I put it?? lol

change the height and width for the size of the player
and then change the top and left to change where it goes. Just mess around and put different numbers in until you like where it is.

Also remember this code will change all the embeded stuff
so if you have videos or picture trail things its going to change those as well.
