okie....me n my best friend has this huge crush on this guy [we have the same taste] n she always flirt wit him in front of me n it gets annoying everytime she does it. Every single time she knos that i would get really mad n she would apologizes but then she does the same thing over again. but then again she NEVER admits that shes crushing on him but it's soooooo obvious. Either she likes him or i think that she jus want to rub it in my face n proof to me that she can throw herself at any guy n flirt wit him [long story short>>>i told her she's too shy round guys]. wat do u think???? n wat should i do???

I would talk it out..I would be like do you like him? and if she does, the responsible way would to either agree to give up on the guy or just ask the guy who he likes.

I agree.

If she's denying it then just go for it. And if she gets mad at you if you end up with him, it's her fault because she said she didn't like him.

Yea, so maybe you should try and talk it out with your friend because I agree with the book about how having a crush on a guy doesn't make him yours.

she doesn't admit that she has a crush on him then her lost.

you shouldn't call people like that your friends.
flirt fight and get what you want.
definitely don't trash talk her around the school; that's stupid. if you give up, then... that's just says you don't like him enough to bear with some "friend." since she denies everything, what's the point of talking to her?

needs to be moved to relationships.

This used to happen all the time when me and my friend nick hanged out... there would be one girl and both of us... I always let him flirt with her... At first it kind of made me upset, but after a while I realized he attracted all the sluts and I got all the real beauties

I'd let her have it.
I've always let them have it!

I'm not that desperate and I pick my friends over a crush anyday.

oh my gosh. i have a question about this too. my best friend (let's call her..sarah) and i like the same guy. like alot. and she's also best friends with the guy. so he likes me too. and she asks "sarah" if he should ask me out and she's like "at first i said yes" and yeah. he hasnt asked me out yet and i dont know what to do about it because if i say yes she'll be super sad and hate me for the rest of our lives and if i say no, i lose him, hurt him, but my friend is happy. what do i do?

talk it out with her.
if nothing is solved that way, let her have the guy.
there are plenty of fish in the sea and, in the end, friends mean way more than boyfriends do.

I had the exact situation in 4th grade mellow.gif.
Yeah, we liked the same guy. I talked to her, she denies, we compete. Turns out he liked niether of us! Isn't that such a happy ending? No.

The end.

Same thing happend with me and my friend. Only...I denied I liked him. I told her I used to like him, but I was over him. And I'm pretty sure he knew my friend liked him, but I'm good at acting (just saying, haha) so he didn't notice I did. So my friend asked me to ask him out for her. o.o; I did, and he said no. And I asked why, so he told me who he liked. So I told my friend and she was sad. =[ And I was sad because the girl he liked wasn't me. So we were all sad. And then we got over it.

I agree with JOHSEe.

Talking it out at this point probably won't solve anything, especially i f she denies it. What would you say, really? Instead of talking to her, you should talk to the GUY. Tell him what's been going on, but not like trash talking either. Also, just rissa makes a point. Just be sure to spend more time with him, and he'll figure out who REALLY likes him.

Oh, and get a new best friend.
