how do i mmake a banner above my navigation bar? |

i want to put a banner up there and i tried using
CODE <style> body div table td td {height:500px; vertical-align:bottom;} <img src=http://i5.tinypic.com/20iugxt.jpg> </style> but it didnt work. |

that doesnt work either.
it just puts it in all of my tables and streches my profile out alot vertical and its all over the place |
