go to the tools forum and use the editor tool my micron to test your skin. you will want to start by making a css style sheet. erm... i suggest you go to the skins forum and take a look at one of the custom headers. just format the way you want it, and then wahla! you got a skin ^_^ or go read tutorials on css style sheets etc. its hard, but you can do it!! (the tutorials are posted somewhere in this site. go look for it ^_^)
