Hi, On Pictures How do you make those paint splatter looking things? like on some of the layouts wentzxxpete has made? i have paint shop pro. i want to know how to put those effects onto pictures so i can make my own layouts and i haven't been able to figure it out

They're brushes...Not exactly an effect.
Mind giving an example? I'm pretty sure they're brushes though. |

Banner and also her fefe dobson and lonely ladies layout are good examples. and sry i'm new to paint shop pro, i don't know what u mean when u say brushes |

Brushes are like sort of designs.Most people download them[credit the site! :)] They are like swirls,hearts,splats,etc.
On PSP9,the paint brush tool is the 7th tool on the left.When you hover it,it says Paint Brush. There are many sites to download from. Check the BBOR http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14636 |
