As for me, I had this burnt thing at a wedding one time. I don't even know what you would have called it. It was like, burnt bread on a plate, with choppped vegetables on top of it. Really gross ![]() |

QUOTE 牛肚 / 金錢肚 (Mandarin: Niudu/Jinqiandu; Cantonese, Ngautou/Gumtsintou) -- Tripe with inner lining resembling ancient Chinese coin with square hole give its name: "coin stomach". The dish is usually served steamed with spring onion and garlic sauce, or just boiled in water served with sweet soya sauce with chilli and spring onions as a dipping sauce. Tripe is made from parts of the cow's stomach, I think. It can be made several different ways, but I've only had it the Chinese way. |

hm....i haven't eaten anything really strange. one time my dad cooked something and i thought it was just meat, but after i ate a little piece he said it was chicken gizzards. ![]() Chicken gizzards are good. Especially with rice vinegar. I've eaten boiled pig blood (or maybe it was liver?) with soy sauce. I liked it, haha. ![]() And fries with a blue raspberry slushee! Yes, that tasted good too. |
