i have my trial website online now here
what i wonder is if you can see the text frame with scroll bar ... i want that frame to be changed when i click different menu, without loading the whole page or opening new browser. Is that possible? I know some about frame but this one seem like a table (its free website layout i got from a site) can anyone help?? purlease? *sulking* thank you anyway x day |

Change your rame to an iframe. Then make the text that shows on themain page its own file.
