Comments and Borders Options

After putting in this code:

to remove my blogs/extended network, my borders around about me/friends/comments disappeared. I've tinkered a bit to try to get it back, but to no avail.

Also, can anyone post a code to hide all comments, but leave the "Add Comment" link there?

The problem is that code always messes stuff up. I don't know if theres another code. You can post your codes for us but I can't guarentee it can be fixed.
