font colors don;t show, help please Options

whenever i try to change the color of certain words on my myspace using codes like this: <font color="#FF0000">ldksfjg</font>
it makes it small and bolded instead of colored.
something's wrong with my code,
but i dont know how to fix it.
please help.

You can customize that to how you want. That one is set up to make a border around text and change the text.

the only color that changes is around the box, not the text.
