Background not showing, Looks great, just want my background Options

I love this template for my profile, but some things don't show up the way I want them to and how they do for the sample page. The first is the background for the entire page. I really want the cuffs to be the background too, not just for the "add friend" box. The second area that seems to have gone screwey is that the headers for "Blurbs", "About Me" and "Who I'd Like to Meet" are not showing. I'd like these to show the same way that the "Latest Blog Entry" shows up. Finally, I'd like the whole thing to be centered on a page and not to the left of centre.
