Okay so I have this picture of a person and it's 1063x2000. I also have this picture in 320x400. When I ever I try to get it to 500x300 it always looks really pixelated(sp?). The only program I'm using is MS Paint and I'm wondering if that's the reason it looks so messed up? or if it will look bad no matter what program is being used.

if you try to make an image bigger than the original it won't turn out with great detail. to make an image smaller, you just go to stretch/skew and set the values in the first two boxes to both 25% that will give you 234x666 =]
