i sort of like to tell people about my panda and spandex pants.

in first grade, i had a pair black spandex pants that i wore everyday because they were very black and shiny and soft. everybody liked them. they were cool, i swear! but one day, i tripped in class while we were making valentines day cards. it got a hole and i couldn't wear them again. i was kind of sad about it. i wore them with socks pulled over them and my mickey mouse sneakers (with rainbow laces). i liked those shoes!

my panda pants are from a cousin (thanks leila). there is a panda at the bottom of the flare. it is a subtle panda, probably hiding from farmers who tore down it's bamboo forest. but it's a panda and the image was fading a bit. i was on the bus, wearing my panda pants in
third grade where the boy i was sitting next to asked, "did you spill milk on your pants?" (i did not)

what are some ugly things you had/wore as a child?

I had truly Asian grandparents. Everything I wore was ghastly. Then I suddenly realized that lime green was the most worshippable colour on the planet. I had lime overalls. Wait, I still have those... I just don't wear them. Oi... I need to grow more. -.-U Most of my closet is older than 4 years. And most of it still fits.

Something particularly ghastly... I have no idea. But I had the habit of stealing my little brother's sweaters. I still do! It's not fair because he has the Jack Skelligton hoodie and I don't have a hood on mine.

my friends make fun of me for that cause they can't imagine me in a dress OR a skirt these days

At least they don't faint at the thought of their loud-mouthed tomboy wearing anything but cargo pants and jeans. The one day I wore a dress (as a dress, I usually wear them with pants) was really funny. They just stood there and stared at me.

Oh. And I suddenly remembered that I'm the youngest girl in our family (used to be, I'm not quite anymore). I always got three or four year old fashions. But what was even cooler was that my cousins are all a completely different body type than me and I still don't fit into some of those clothes. I used to wear a lot of oversized shirts that made me look like I was going to sleep. And really hideous animal hats. You know... The ones that look like piglet or whatever. Yeah. Strange family I have.

I had this tie dye pair of jeans. Those things we digusting, but I loved them and wore them every other day.

I used to wear bathingsuits outside my clothes as well.

for picture day in first grade, my mom did my hair in pigtails. they were crooked like HFIJSAGHNREAJ, and it was pretty obvious they were. i still have the picture, i'm wearing this rose dress with flowers on them. a missing tooth, and those crooked pigtails. -__-

I thought they were pretty cool for a while, actually..
I had these overalls that were corduroy and white, and on the left pantleg it had a red embroidered rose on it. cool.gif Awesome stuff..lol.

Hate 'em now though.

aww, i remember wearing overalls....

i had this one dress that i loved when i was little. it was red and it had these two black scottish terriers on it. it was really comfy. i loved it so much.
