though im not a girl id still want to make a few suggestions...
i think joining sports teams, riding bikes, dancing, eating healthier, swimming, getting into swim teams/gym etc will all make u lose weight. just a suggestion |

Run with friends. Go to a school & run laps.. You have your friends to push you, and you hardly think about running when you're with people

I just try to keep myself more occupied during the day like instead of sitting and watch tv i can be doing something else fun outside. Bike riding is fun and if you have a dog you can take it for a fast walk. I like doing yoga and playing tennis. Find a sport or active hobby you enjoy and get more involved in it. I exercise about 3 hours a day but i don't do it all at once & i just split it up during different parts of the day. Like they said, you can do other things while exercising like reading, watching tv, or listening to music. Doing activities or exercising along with someone else can motivate you and make it more fun. Just get creative. I hope this helped you come up with some ideas.
