It's summer. I bet when the school year starts, we'll be more in the working attitude. But as for summer, I try not to spend all my time indoors, on the computer. Anyway, the mods are trying to be more lenient and active at the same time. So do your part and make interesting topics.

Sandra not knowing who one of the admins are is probably not a good show of activity.
Something should be done about Christina's inactivity, espcially since she's an admin. How long will she be gone? |

I PMed Christina several days ago. And she's talked to both me and Keira about her inactivity. When things are final, we'll let you know.
About Chii, Keira said she PMed her in case she would be on for a little bit. She's hasn't replied yet. I was thinking of demodding her, but if too much time passes and she still hasn't responded, she will have to be demodded. |

This is a wonderful thread. :) I know that I have to weigh my time carefully between working full time and being a parent. My activity is in waves. I honestly do my best to be around when at all possible. I think that most of us are like that.
I can't remember who mentioned it, but the fact that's it's summer is a good and valid point. I anticipated many going on hiatus in July and August. I'm not so sure that having a back up or alternate moderating team is a *bad* idea at all. Great feedback. =) |

But there's, like, nearly thirty and there's currently only three on, in which case, that's the most I've seen online at a time within the past three days... and I've been on almost the entire day.

Some have told us if they will be leaving for a long period of time, which would include several (4-5) days and longer. You'll have to look at who's on and who's not on for over three days.
I don't think we have 30 mods, do we? (excluding by-laws staff) |
