Div Navigation Links, I need Help |

Ok. I've been visiting millions of myspace's with overlays.
and I came across an extremely nice layout but, I forgot the link. So I will explain what I want to know. I saw a Navigation bar edited into images, but when you hover them it animates into something. example. Think of Clouds. when I hover the cursor over it, the clouds have lightning under it. Does this explain good enough? I want info on either how to get this, or how to do this. please and thankyou www.myspace.com/gunittimothy thats my div overlay site.
