 [font=Arial][size=6]well everyone said the other one was too busy with all those brushes i used simpler brushes and added less detail. oh yea and if your wondering my name is markell thatb what "markell" means haha

This is a bigger improvemnt Markell
 the cut out is better and the brushes are better tooI'm still having issues with the colors, sry.. The stoke(the outline around Rihanna) isnt necessary. and green and blue doesnt realy match the picture either. Maybe white and I redish pink color instead? The font doesnt match either. Crop the picture at the top the picture ends where her head stops, know what I mean? Anyways, yeah this is better tho you're really improving

Hahah her head`s cut off.You should make your name smaller.And maybe not make the font sideways. It looks like a better improvement though.
